Review content:
Although we were very happy with the treatment we received from Dr. Addleman, now that she's no longer there, I would highly recommend taking your cat to a different vet. My cat had surgery and when I went to pick him up I discovered they had bandaged him up with the catheter needle still in his leg! When I called to talk to Dr. Kent about it, she said, "We were really busy." Not an excuse?especially considering the cost of the surgery! Then I returned with my cat a month later when a relief doctor was on duty. My cat was misdiagnosed and was suffering from a life-threatening illness. Thank goodness, my instincts took over and I rushed him to a different vet before it was too late to save him, but he was in such dire condition that he required emergency surgery and a hospital stay of 5 days. I never even received a call from the relief doctor to check back up on him when he knew the cat was having serious symptoms. Stay away from this place! It's overpriced, unprofessional and they can't even keep track of the cat carriers.
Pros: They only treat cats.
Cons: The staff are unprofessional and incompetent.
