Review content:
as this is one of the very few places i could find that does cat grooming, i made an appointment for my cat. when i made the appointment, i was simply told it would cost $45. when i arrrived with my cat for the appointment, the receptionist gave me several forms to fill out as a new client, and contacted my regular veterinarians for my cat's records. when all was completed, i was told that the cost was $125 because i was a new client and my cat had to be examined. when i questioned the necessity of the exam and the failure of anyone advising me before i made the appointment, the receptionist gave a half hearted apology. then i questioned the $80 exam fee, the receptioninst said it was justified because my cat would be examined by a DVM. my regular veterinarian is also a DVM and charges between $35-$45 for an office exam. since i work fulltime, had specifically shceduled this appointment on my day off, still had a multitude of errands to do, and did not want to traipse around town with my already upset cat in a carrier, i kept the appointment and paid the invoice. however, this business practice is about as shady as it gets, and the business seems to have no qualms about taking advantage of you.
Pros: clean, does cat grooming
Cons: ridiculously expensive, hidden costs
