Review content:
So I went to see these chiropractors after I tried a bunch of other type treatments. I went to my doctor first and did the usual cortisone injections into my back. These helped but later the pain came back worse. I checked out their website and decided to give it a try. I saw 2 asian doctors and they were both good. They put me on their disc machine and did a lot of work stretching and massaging my back (they didn't crack my disc thank god!). The gave me exercises to do at home and I did exercises on the ball and in their little gym with the trainer there. My pain is way less (still there) and I'm able to work without living on advil.
