Review content:
I have been a general contractor for 35 years and one of the biggest mistakes I ever made was to let Apline Heating and Air come to my home and distroy my HVAC System trying to do a seasonal service, the unit was working fine until then. They replaced it with a unit that was too small to cool the house. It took three weeks to do the work, I had to help with the labor, a year after the unit was installed it went down and I was told by a competent HVAC Contractor that the unit had trash in the system and would probably self distruct with in the next few years. Conventional design for HVAC in a house is 400 to 450 square foot per ton. My cooling capacity is 1 ton per 600 square foot. It was hot last night.
