I was surprised to read some negative reviews of VCA Cornerstone on here, so I thought I would share my own experience. I've been a Cornerstone client since 2005. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors and staff. I have never been pressured to purchase anything. Frequently, for optional services, I have asked for and received very impartial advice about whether or not my dogs need that particular service. The doctors, techs and office staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and always take the time to try to make the experience a little less yucky for my pups. I haven't comparison shopped to find the cheapest vet in the area because care is more important than price to me, but their prices seem consistent with what friends in the area pay other clinics. I'm a picky pet parent and would not continue to bring my dogs here if I had any reservations about the care they receive or the people from whom they receive it. I trust them to do what is best for my dogs and have never been let down.
