Review content:
Techs are very disorganized. They lack the necessary knowledge to answer/address the simplest issues. Expensive, the techs provide conflicting information, and their visit reminder system is completely inaccurate. Their records are not updated as they should be. The wrong dosage of medicine has been prescribed to my dog two times. $1000 later, we are switching vets. The relation between VCA and the Wake County pound fosters what seems to be a complete lack of attention to detail when it comes to the care for animals. The techs tell you one thing and the vet tells you the complete opposite. All in all, the place doesn't seem to be able to get it together.
