Review content:
I called and spoke with an employee and was told specific rental rates and times. I then showed up at that time and was told by the Manager that was not their policy for Sundays. I said I called and that is what I was told. The manager then said that the employee I spoke with does not work on Sundays so doesn't know the Sunday rental policies. I said that doesn't make sense and I drove here based upon the information I had, but they persisted I had to pay for an entire day's rental rate. I said I'll just pay for that but make sure your employees know the correct policies for customers that may call in the future. The manager then said I can't rent the tool at all and I shouldn't tell him how to train his employees.
