After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. I called and spoke with an employee and was told specific rental rates and times. I then showed up at that time and was told by the Manager that was not their policy for Sundays. I said I called and that is what I was told. The manager then said that the employee I spoke with does not work on Sundays so doesn't know the Sunday rental policies. I said that doesn't make sense and I drove here based upon the information I had, but they persisted I had to pay for an entire day's rental rate. I said I'll just pay for that but make sure your employees know the correct policies for customers that may call in the future. The manager then said I can't rent the tool at all and I shouldn't tell him how to train his employees.
