The ONLY thing I liked about my stay here at this hotel was the housekeeping and the ladies who made sure the breaskfast got out and stood there to make sure no one needed anything and if they did need anything they ran and got it. The people at the desk would leave the desk for 30-45 minutes at a time, they were rude all the time, you would ask them a question and they would lie to you just so it would seem as if they knew the answer. The breakfast was usually left overs, the pool area was COVERED in misquitos, so be prepared for when you go out to the pool you will get covered with 100's within seconds! You pay close to 100$ a night and they dont even provide a laundry area BUT they would be more than happy to wash a pair of sock for 1.75 and a pair of pants for 8.00, and so on.....nothing as to what I imagined for the price! They allow kids to run and yell all over the place, they dont pay attention to children who are under the age of 14-16 alone in the pool with no parents, I have seen 2 babies go swimming in nothing but a diaper, not swimmers, and BUST everywhere. I expected so much more for the price we paid!
