Chuck and crew provide excellent service for both my koi ponds and fountains. If you have a situation that needs attention, they'll make sure that they take care of it immediately. I have new equipment in both ponds and it works wonderfully. They stand behind their equipment and their installations. The instructions are easy to understand and to implement. I can't wait to purchase some of Chuck's beautiful koi for my new pond. Thanks Chuck for all your help!
