I?ve lived at Tanglewood apartments in Davis, California for a while and I?ve noticed the property grounds have gone down hill rapidly ? foliage uncared for and dying, often muddy, pool patio furniture rusted, falling apart, and animal feces all over, especially now that most tenants have dogs. It seems like the Tanglewood management team, is now desperate for tenants with dogs, dogs of all sizes and numbers into these noisy pet kennel apartments. One neighbor even has a huge dog that stands at least three to four feet tall. My neighbor has three little dogs that yap all night long. When I walk outside, especially on warm days, I only smell the animal urine saturated grounds. Furthermore, my guests track dog feces into my apartment from their shoes, just walking from their car. Not to speak badly of dogs, but even after the manager of Tanglewood has been shown photos of the piles of dog feces, and has promised to clean up, weeks later the piles remain and have only molded over, even right outside my dining room window.
