I can't comment on their work, as they never showed up. My wife visited the 50th St. store and we decided we were interested. So we both went down to the 24th St. store on a Sunday to sign up and make arrangements. We got there at scheduled opening time but the lady (Gigi) was 20 minutes late in opening up. (No explanation or apology should have clued us in.) We scheduled a 9 am Wednesday appointment with her at our apartment for measurements and design suggestions. We waited until 10 am but she didn't show up or call. (I normally leave for work at 8 am, so she wasted 2 hours of my time.) When I called the Horizon office, they couldn't contact her and had no record of her appointment schedule. I can't deal with people whom I cannot trust.
