Review content:
The sales person did what sales people do I guess: try to get me to spend more money. In this case, he suggested that I get these ratcheting pulls that always stay the same length. It was a good suggestion and I ordered them (and am happy with them), but he never mentioned that it was adding $60 to each window. It didn't even show up on the bill like that. I only found out because I had received another estimate from them 6 months earlier and I asked why this new one was so much more. Then he explained that the pulls cost extra.
