I purchased a gas grill from Aspen fireplace & Patio this spring,I paid over $4000.00 for this grill.I did not receive an original manual.I ordered a cover from aspen about the same time,I am still waiting for it.(its now Oct.)The grill has not worked properly since the day I got it.I have spoke to to them about these issues and they keep putting me off.They did not even return my last phone call at all.Horrible customer service.They will sell you the product ,but once they have your money the service is over.
