This vendor was not very pleasant to work with. I tried to schedule spa repair for a broken spa and I was concerned about it freezing as it was having issues with holding a temperature. When I first called they were very helpful to provide suggestions on what to try to prevent them from having to come out, which I thought was odd that they didn't want my business. When I called back, I scheduled an "appointment" where they had to take credit card information but said that the scheduler doesn't come in until 5am so they couldn't tell me which date let alone which timeframe they would be coming to service my spa. When I called back on the date that I had someone stay home all day to wait for the repair, they said they were too busy to come service that day and that they weren't working the next day - which was a friday. So poor communication, poor service. They acted like they didn't really want my business or care about taking care of my concerns. I would never do business with them in the future.
