Review content:
The staff at Douglas Family Vision were wonderful. They offer evening appts, which is so helpful for a person working 8-5. My appt was for 530pm. I arrived at 515pm and was called to be seen by the doctor at 520pm. Everyone was efficient and professional. The eye exam was thorough and Dr. Douglas explained things to me in a relaxed manner. All of the staff were friendly and provided wonderful customer service. I can't recommend them enough. Also, if someone is elderly or has difficulty with steps, this is all on ground level. Highly recommended!
