Review content:
Cat Welfare has been around for years and years and after visiting to check out the facility and their adoption criteria, we decided to adopt an adult cat that had been injured by a car and had lost all his teeth. We took to him immediately and he turned out to be the sweetest pet ever. Cat Welfare had received the cat from someone who brought him in after the accident. They had a vet see to his injuries and they tenderly took care of him, bringing him back to health and even neutered him. He had all his tests and shots and was clean. He was in a very clean cage with his own litterbox and food and water. He even had a handmade crochet blanket that they said volunteers made and donated to the shelter. Cat Welfare also had dozens and dozens of cats living outside of cages and wandering around, playing, or sleeping throughout the shelter. Their policy is that if a cat is not adopted or is found to be unadoptable, the cat will spend the remainder of it's life at their shelter with continued vet and loving care. How awesome is that?! We now have a family membership with Cat Welfare and will forevermore go to them for our furry little angels and recommend them to anyone looking for a cat...either adult or kitten. They are truly worth their weight in gold. Pros: Clean, thorough vet examinations, inexpensive, spay & neutered, loving facility and care.
