Eagle Windows are a very high quality product. But dealing with Eagle Window of Austin is terrible from start to finish. The sales rep made BIG mistakes on the order which cost him dearly. When Eagle Austin was notified of product problems after installation, it became a frustrating exercise in futility: 1)It took repeated calling and many weeks to get a rep to respond 2)Another incompetent rep (who smelled like a dirty ashtray) came out, inspected, reported back and blamed everything on us for "improper usage". My suggestion is to contact the San Antonio Eagle or use another brand.
Pros: Superior Windows
Cons: Exactly ZERO service after the sale
