Been renting with them for 1 1/2 years now. Twice now they've tried to raise our rent drastically which both times we've gotten the OWNER of the house to tell them no. They are completely disorganized and seem incapable of staffing anyone that seems to have even a basic understanding of the English language. I called about wasps in our kitchen last summer, after they had been there for a week. First they thought I was calling about the dishwasher, after 30 minutes of repeating "WASPS LIKE BEES BUZZ BUZZ STING STING" they finally got it and told me to wait a few days to see if they left! So after two and a half weeks of not being able to use our kitchen they finally sent out an exterminator. The owner of the house was aware of bad plumbing in the house but they repeatedly tried to push off the plumbers bills on us. They also like to do "Walk throughs" at which point they come to your house (the guy came with our house owner, to our house) and treat us, the tenants, rudely while kissing the owner's bum the whole time. Its not like our rent here is cheap, we are giving out a good amount each month for this house. I just don't think its out of line to treat tenants with as much respect as the owner, after all we pay a lot of money for a horrible middle man service. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the issues we have dealt with here. I'd advise staying away from this company if you have any choice! RENTERS BEWARE!
