This company has incredibly bad customer service!! They had a sales rep by the name of Natalie actually tell me that I was being "Rude" and "demanding" by requesting the quote I had already requested and she had assured me would be done. I had requested over 48 prior a quote, and instead of telling me she couldn't get it done, she just didn't say anything at all until I called her out on leaving me in the dark. Then she goes on to tell me that she has over 50 quotes per day to do...
