Hi people, I want to save you from the ongoing issues we have had with this company, who actually are 2 individuals who incorporated for one reason and one reason only. Please do your homework for a moving company and ensure you see their insurance company information and never take their word since it has been almost 2 months and this company has not even sent a single person out to take photos, file paperwork or any or the normal things companies do. Always go the state of alabama website and look these business's up and ensure they do in fact match the criteria which they advertise, or it may be you looking for a remedy for a sad move. Make them earn their money and come into your home, get a written estimate and never accept an oral estimate or you will be the one paying the price because when it's all said and done, all Mr. Payne or Smith want is to make money and they do not care about you belongings.
