Review content:
SHAMEFUL! - We had the misfortune of being referred to All Appliance Repair by our TotalProtect Gold Home Service Plan. All Appliance Repair attempted to charge us $283.69 for the installation of a new rubber gasket on our refrigerator's freezer door, and the purchase of a new lint screen for our clothes dryer. The service technician was in our home all of twenty minutes, for which he charged us $87.63 for parts (gasket & lint screen), and $180.00 for labor, plus tax. After demanding that our check be returned and our money refunded, they reluctantly had the technician return to remove and take back the gasket and lint screen. As I still had the old gasket, I re-installed it, and to my astonishment, it took me all of 3 minutes to push the old gasket back into place, in the freezer door's metal track! We would strongly recommend NOT doing business with All Appliance Repair of Pennington, NJ! ..."Be afraid. Be very, very afraid!"
