I don't suggest Auto Towing if you need to tow your vehicle. I had a terrible experience. I called them for towing service and they came about 30minutes which is consider GOOD! BUT the guy is insane, he wants to charge $55 to just hook the car up and another $85 to just tow the car to a place within 5 miles. It is just a insane price. I argued within and he just totally being a jerk. The worst part is he wants to charge $55 to just cancle the service and i told him no way! INSANE! FLat rate towing service in Daly City is only $65!!!! AND he is charging me $140 CASH ONLY and he wouldn't leave unless i pay him. Good thing my friend came and took care of this jerk. My friend asked for his name and the company address and he told him he will go there and ask the manager there in person to see if the service fee is this insane. But he never gave his name and instead he said he will pretend nothing happened and he never been here and will only charge me $25 cash only to cancle the service and no reciept. It is a terrible experience for me. In the end, i got a decent service with another tow company with a reasonable fee which is exactly $65 as expected.
