WORST experience of my life, do NOT recommend this place at all. David E. was the hairdresser, and he was very rude. The moment I sat down in his chair he was in a bad mood. He asked me one question and he began shaking his head back and forth like he was irritated! In my head I was like, "what is this guy's deal?" He continued asking me questions about the haircut I wanted. I explained the cut, it is fairly simple and easy, just take the weight off the back and lift the layers higher. He actually refused to do the cut! He was very rude and in a bad mood. He didn't offer any suggestions, just negative remarks. He even brought over another hairdresser and embarrased me more. I swear, he never offered another suggestion. I was very calm during his bad mood! I left the salon with a wet head and no haircut. I have NEVER in my life had a horrible experience in a hair salon, let alone anywhere like this before! I didn't deserve to be treated this way, I was very nice to everyone. I still can't believe what happened. I will tell EVERYONE I know in Aventura to NEVER service this place. The receptionist at the front desk, the lady with blond hair, was very gracious and nice to me, and was apologizing profusely. She is the only reason this place gets even one star; she was the utmost professional.
