Hansen Chrysler just joined Southeast Automotive. Well as long as you have people from Southeast Automotive fix your car it might be ok but stay away from the people from Hansen. I took my car to the dealership because the battery was leaking. They were going to fix it; small issue they sad. They charged me but fixed nothing. A month later I had to go back. The staff from Hansen said that the previous mechanic had done a bad job but there was nothing they could do about it. But this time they were going to give me great service and fix the issue. The problem was even worse; again nothing fixed but of course they charged me again. They charge, don't do the work and nobody wants to take any responsibility. Recently I took my car to a smaller AAA approved dealership. Great job, no problems anymore and I paid a fifth of what Hansen charged me EACH time. I always believed in the jeep dealership for my jeep. They definitely lost my trust. Currently Jeep is struggling to stay in business. Sad or just because they screwed too many people?? I definitely suggest not to use tax payers money to keep such bad business going. Pros: They look professional Cons: They are all but professional
