Review content:
this estasblishment is known worldwide to make housecalls to fix windshields. I called my insuranse agency and they in turn called the glass doctor to fix my windshield. The insurance agent called my back and told me that the could not help me due to the cold weather and lots of rain that we had been having. I could not accept this answer as the weather had been beautiful lately. Yes it had rained alot TWO weeks ago and yes it is a little chilly early in the morning, maybe in the 50's but she said that it was COLD! Well I called the "Glass Doctor" myself to get answers. The receptionist the the most rude person on the other end of the phone that I had EVER spoken to before. I couldn't believe it! I asked her to just tell me some strait answer not lie to me and she just hung up on me! I hope she feels better about herself because she just lost alot of business because I will definately spread the word around about this establishment!!!!
Pros: they are supposed to come to your vehicle to fix your windshield
Cons: they were so rude that I never used their services
