I had a very unique situation whereby with only three-days' notice, I had to come to Raleigh for a few days for a court case, and I had to bring my dog with me. Since I was going to be in court all day, I was in a panic as to what to do about my dog. After talking with five pet-sitting companies, there was no question I was going to go with Homesitters of Raleigh. Every time I talked with Jerry (the owner), he was always professional, understanding and sympathetic about my unusual situation, very thorough with his information, and genuinely eager to be of assistance. The long and the short of it is that he did take care of my situation with one of his sitters, and everything turned out wonderfully. As a business owner, myself, I have very high standards as far as what I expect from a business. I have to say that Jerry and his business met every high standard I had set, and then some. I would recommend Homesitters of Raleigh to anyone who is in need of pet care.
