Review content:
We reserved a handicapped 1st floor room four weeks in advance. Upon our arrival, it wasn't available. Only room they had was second floor. Not handicapped accessible. TV remote would not work the entire week. WIFI only worked early in the a.m. Only one handicapped parking space available in front of our entrance that was always occupied by non-handicapped. Strewn garbage bags all along the entrance hall to the elevator. The unclean toilet and shower dripped incessantly night & day.
