Review content:
Our Sony TV stopped working and was out of warranty. We called Sony customer service who gave us the names of 2 authorized repair companies. We called the first company and got a customer service representative who told us that they did not see our "ticket number" that Sony created and we would need to call them to open a ticket before they could come and fix our TV (even though this was a non warrantied repair).
