Well after reading the below reviews....I am quite shocked at the scores, but only one review was a recent review, and unfortunately anyone can have a bad experience at a GOOD place. Now for my review...I had my right front tire popped at a car wash...YIKES!!! and it was towed to Big O Tires for a repair, as they were the only place open till 8pm. I just moved to Vegas, so I had no clue what to expect. Well, the assistant manager by the name of Jerry Miller took care of my tire, and boy did he do a great job!!! He was kind, quick, and most importantly Jerry made sure to look at all the tires and see that they were in good shape to drive. All of this was done for the price of ZERO dollars. The reason I was taken care of was because the car wash apparently owns the property that the Big O Tires is located on, but Jerry went out of his way to calm my nerves and get the tire fixed. I felt guilty I did not have any money to tip him, but he did not care- as his main goal was to make me happy. I told him I have now found my mechanic for the future. I highly recommend going to Jerry if you go here, as I totally trust him and his work, although the other guys I spoke with there were very down to earth. Jerry....thanks so much, you saved my day!!!
