Review content:
The technician was very nice and knew what he was doing. However, he left the dead bees in the attic. He didn't tell me I might want to go up there with the Shop-Vac. He didn't tell me to put some moth balls up there. He didn't tell me to replace the insulation before closing the gaping hole he made in my ceiling. He told me those things after I called back and complained about the terrible smell seeping into my house. He came back over, cut a quarter-sized hole in another part of the ceiling and gave me a bottle of God-knows-what to spray up there. Bottom line is my son's room stinks so badly he can't sleep in there because they didn't remove the bees, only the honeycombs. You would think for $500 they could have spent 5 minutes to vacuum up the dead bees. Call a different company.
