I dont know what the deal is with these bad reviews, although i do see more older bad reviews that newer ones but anyway. These people are fantastic, the staff is outstanding, not only professional but they do care about the little money left in your pocket. I took 2 tv overthere and they were upfront with me, one of them was not even worth it to repair due to the cost of the part, mother board, so they not only said it was cheaper to buy a new one but they also told me good places to buy new tv and which brands will be the best . in regards to the other one, lg 32lcd if someone needs to know, i did get it repair for $120 and they even offered me to get the bad parts replaced. I do have to say though that it took them a good 12 days to repair it, but commo'n people if you want to pay cheap you gotta stick to the old ground shipment, etc. Whoever think they will get any service overnight for no money isn't living in this economy. Other than that I loved it, I loved them and I will continue recomending them
