We took our computer in to be fixed and once they had it we could not get it back without paying $50 yet they could not fix it either. they kept telling us the part was coming but would not give us any tracking info or a date. The day I told them I was calling the AG they miracuously got the part in and fixed it that day. I paid cash because after all the stories they told me I wouldnt
Pros: Ultimately they did fix my computer
Cons: They had it for almost a month, terrible communication, RUDE
