I bought a alarm system here and the alarm goes off exactly 5 hours after activated. Went there five times already trying to fix the problem. The last time I went there, I called before I went, and the owner (Ahmad) told me he would swap the alarm system for $40. I didn't agree at first, but went there willing to pay the $40 and just get the problem over with. When I got there,he says they don't have that particular system in stock,but he ordered one just for me. Then they took a look at my car's alarm system again for the 5th time and told me the technician fixed the problem this time. In case it goes off again just come back next week and we will install the one I ordered. Went home and the alarm went off. So I called the store next morning. Tray ,the cashier, told me the owner was busy,couldn't talk to me, but proposed to "upgrade" for a diferent system for $89.99. Since the system they installed on my car is 4 year old and they can not get it anymore. Why do I have to pay again for something that never worked? He said that is all they can do. Asked to speak with the owner again. Tray,the cashier, came back pretending he was the owner. Please put the owner on the phone. He insisted he was the owner. It is a joke this place. Why can't the owner speak to me? Can't keep his word? Not to mention my third visit there. A techinician named Brian,treated me very very bad. He was very rude. I parked the car on the back, where they install the alarm system. And he asked: What do you want? I already told you, your car is fine. And then he told me to take my car out of there, because my car was blockin the way.That is the kind of treatment you get when you go to this place.
