Just had my new kittens first visit to her new doctor last week . What an awsome experience. It had been so long since I had a kitten, but the entire staff was so helpful. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt that I was someplace that truly cared. Even though the office was quite busy, the staff made me feel like I was the most important person there. The girls at the front desk gave me their undivided attention. They took the time to explain all sorts of things I needed to know. The doctors were so good at comforting my little "Princess". She seemed to melt at the doctors touch. They even took the extra step to call and check on my baby the next day. To my amazement, I just got a card in the mail welcoming me. Don"t see much customer service like that around anymore. Would recommend to anyone!!!
Pros: 2 PAWS UP!!!!
Cons: little busy sometimes, but worth it
