Natalie said she specializes in SMALL DOGS as she said she has 4 yorkies and 2 chichuachuas. She kept reassuring our family that our little pomeranian would be warm, comfortable and fed organic chicken dinners. Two times I asked to view the facility and both times there was an excuse. After we picked up our pet, I asked again. Natalie went from " Apple Pie Sweet" to visibly rattled with my request to see how our dog was housed. She then said not to bring our dog there again. Natalie said she was "SHY"???.....This coming from a person who proclaims to KNOW and specialize in SMALL DOGS!!! A red flag went up and I insisted on seeing the kennel inside. What I saw was a DARK,COLD and UNclean facility. The dogs were barking non-stop. It looked sad there. Not at all what she portrayed it to be.... she said "heated floors and organic chicken dinners" She said a WARM place for indoor dogs. NOT THE CASE!!! She is unprofessional as she was VERY DEFENSIVE in my requests. Not good with her clients in making them feel at ease or pets for that matter!! PET OWNERS BEWARE!*!!!!
