DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. Made arrangements for two young women to arrive at my house between 8:30-9:00 to clean for 1.5 hours @$185 - yes, I know, exorbitant but I was in a bind. When someone called to confirm the appointment, she confirmed BETWEEN 8:30 AND 9:00 - her emphasis. Young women rang doorbell at 8:19 (I was standing at stove cooking and looked at clock.). I showed them in and to the two empty bedrooms and bath and was back at the stove at 8:24. They finished those rooms and I asked them to do the the baseboards on the stairs and a half bath that is rarely used. When they finished that, they said they were ready to go. I said, It's just 9:42, you still have about 10-12 minutes more. "Sorry. No time, " they said. I mention this because if they were supposed to arrive as late as 9:00, they still had at least 30 minutes that could have been used. Also, I paid for an hour and a half which, in my mind, began when they started to work, not when they rang the doorbell or pulled up to the curb. Pros: null Cons: null
