Review content:
When you take your property to a professional service you expect to receive professional service. This is not the case with Staples Easy Tech computer repair. after taking my sons Dell computer to them for some upgrades, I was told that they recommended that we dispose of the Dell and purchase a newer PC. He then started trying to sell me on their computers that they have on sale. I felt like they were just trying to upsell someone who didn't know much about these things. I decided to think on it for a day or two but still wanted them to perform the service I had requested to the Dell. The young man just rolled his eyes and took my PC to the back room. I felt like he really didn't want my business and was offended by his actions. I then left and came back a few days later to retrieve my Dell as scheduled. When I arrived they made me wait another 45 minutes while they "buttoned it up". A bit annoyed with these I started looking at other items in the store and finally was given my PC back. Again they tried to sell me something another machine but I still felt like it was a scham. So I felt more secure about spending my money elsewhere.
