I was in need of a rental because i got into an accident my insurance covered the bill, upon arriving to enterprise they offered me toyota yaris that was dirty and didnt drive well at all. I asked for a larger vehichle because i have an escalade with a rather large family i was told that if i wanted that i would have to pay the difference which was an additional $20 per day. Needless to say i got the yaris returned it back the next day and vowed never to return to enterprise again.. Larger company with horrible service, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
