My aparatment hired this company to clean mold from my air ducts. I had to work and sent my dad to check on the work, he gets there and find the worker on the toilet taking a crap. When he gets done he goes back outside to get his tools. I called the owner who told me direct my complaints to the office manager and hung up on me. I then sent him an email and he responded by asking what did i want, his firstborn child!!! How rude of an owner and who knows what else his people used in my home or yours.
