Review content:
I've never had worse service at a business in my LIFE. JOE looked at my car after I was re-ended. He said it probably wasn?t worth getting fixed because my car is a neon 11 years old. But it was not my fault - so I'm still owed the $ - which Joe quoted at $250 of damage. 12 days later the insurance company says they never received the quote (Joe originally gave me a business card with $250 written on it and said that was all they needed - WTF?). I told him they needed an estimate faxed to them. He asked if I planned to have the repairs done, and I said probably not. He said he'd send the estimate that day to the insurance company. When I called today to see why it wasn?t received, He said, i don?t know, but I threw it away and I?m not doing another because you?re wasting my time. He offered to do another one but I'd have to pay - I said, well you have a huge sign on your front door saying "FREE ESTIMATES" and that?s not very professional of you. He said - you?re wasting my time - go somewhere else. Screw you.
