i had heard from a friend that charlotte carpet cleaners had did an excellent job on her carpets, but i was still kind of hesitant to call them. when i decided to call them i was really surprised and relieved that they were very nice over the phone and i got an appointment the next day. when the crew got there again i was shocked they were just as excited as i was to get my carpets cleaned and they did the job in a resonably amount of time and i was able to walk on the carpets as soon as they were done. and the carpets dried in about 3 hours. i was not expecting the carpets to dry so fast because i am so use to them takeing days to dry but they were dry in time for my party.
