Charlotte Carpet Cleaner are the best carpet cleaner?s EVER! First we had our carpets dry-cleaned by a local company. All they did was take powder and with a machine and buff it into my carpets they were only there for 20 minutes. When they left all the spots came back and my 2-year-old daughter got a chemical rash all over her body. I quickly called Charlotte Carpet Cleaners to come out and see what they could do. They came out that night after hours for no additional charge to extract all the harmful dry cleaning chemicals out of my carpets. They used a truck mounted steam-cleaning machine. They removed all the spots, stains, and darkness out of my carpets. My carpets were cleaner than when I purchased my home, and the carpets dried in 3 hours. As it turned out it ended up costing less than the dry cleaning. Even if you don?t use Charlotte Carpet Cleaners, don?t ever use dry cleaning for your carpets it?s a scam.
