Charlotte Carpet Cleaning- We have used three other carpet cleaners in our area for the past few years. None of them were able to remove the big wine stain that was on our beige carpet. After 3 or 4 carpet cleanings, we decided to purchase a new carpet. When we walked into the carpet store, we saw a card from charlotte carpet cleaning and my husband and I decided to try one more time to see if we could save our expensive carpet. They arrived and worked their magic and went out of their way for almost 3 hours to get the carpet stain out. Finally, the stain was out. I appreciate your hard work, patience and professionalism. I am very happy that I found a company that cares about their customers. You just got yourself a loyal customer for years to come. Thanks again!
