I was really upset when I spilled bleach on my carpet. But Seth and Mark to the rescue. They were truly professional. They explained how it might not work and even offered an alternative. I decided to go ahead and you can't even tell that the carpet was patched. I will tell all my friends and I definitely will call them when it is time to clean my carpets. I highly recommend this service especiallybecause of Mark or Seth. Thanks again
