Review content:
We have used Charlotte Carpet Cleaners on a yearly basis for the past 2 years. The quality of the work has been so good that when we decide to have our carpets recleaned, it is because we know that this is something that is recommended by carpet manufactors but, our carpets still look excellent. Also, I have even spilt red wine a couple of times and just a couple of weeks ago it happened to be a full glass on the carpet in our office. it was horrifying and looked real bad. My husband and I had CharlotteCarpet cleaners put the 3M Scotchgard advance on we were able to get the entire big full glass of red wine on our light beige carpet out. We called CCC and he told us to soak towels and apply over stain, we added some pro spotter that they gave us for free at the end of our service and got it total out. We are making appointment to have them come out again and would never rely, trust or depend on anyone else.
