I had an appointment this morning at 8am. Barney and Kelly were exactly on-time. They were courteous and very professional. The job was outstanding and they went to the extra mile to assure that I was pleased with their exceptional work. I have used other carpet cleaners (Charlotte area) in the past, but I will be using CCC from this point on. There is no comparison between the professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work of CCC as compared to the other companies. I will be recommending CCC to my friends and relatives.
Pros: Prompt, excellent quality, knowledgeable staff.
