My first big issue was a debacle in which they incorrectly handled my rent check in multiple ways last fall-- scanning it wrong, posting it to the wrong apartment, never unlocking my account so that I could pay online, etc. It was a huge hassle that just kept getting dragged out. More recently, when I went to give my 60 days notice, an employee gave me the wrong information, leading me to incur a wrongful fee which the company then refused to waive. And, of course, no employee will admit to telling me the incorrect procedure to follow and refusing to give me the form I needed.
