so i'm new to renting storage space and i asked about pricing over the phone and whether i can have it on a certain date if i put down a deposit the girl nicole said no so then i said what if i pay in full then she said yes. when i went in the office she said it's not for that certain date and that the rent would start as of today and that she miss-spoke, she did not apologize but whatever i already made my trip there so i paid about $378 for 5x5 for 3.5months. i didn't see the space beforehand so i didn't really know how timed light switch works. first day i moved in 1 box of shoes into my dark space. second day i figured i had time so i went there to drop off 3 boxes of books. i saw the light switch and turned it on for the first time. guess what i saw? mice poop. mouse fur, detached tail, mouse skull. so i complained to the office and the guy was apologetic came in with broom brushed it into a dust bin said that means the traps/poison are working.
