If there was a negative star rating for this Dance studio I would use it. I highly recommend you not send your child here. To start the front desk staff is extremely rude. My daughter had an issue which we attempted to communicate and was told to basically "deal with it". My daughter is 4 years old. We next had an even greater issue with one of the dance teachers and had requested a change of class only to be given an attitude and a piece of paper thrown at us. Lastly in our most recent incident there was a mom who was 20 minutes late to pick up her 4 year old daughter, there were no other parents around, and the teacher refused to wait with the child until her mother came to pick her up. We proceeded to inform the front desk that this child was left here and they said "I'm sure she'll be back soon" and went back into their office.
