Eric L. did a free inspection of my a/c this morning. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, was here promptly at the appointed time frame, and was very professional giving me a good report on my unit and offering me a maintenance plan that is very comprehensive. I was very favorable impressed with my first encounter with Cool Breeze and the kind of service they offer.
